All concrete is 400 psi and re-inforced with 1/2" reba-bar spaced every 8" on center. Transportation from fabrication facility to Azusa, CA. Crew travel and all related expenses included. We have crews traveling the USA installing our equipment and finishing construction on site. This is specialized construction with very few companies capable of performing this type of building. Crane charges for erection and down time. Local cranes are used to set the building and all equipment such as HVAC for installation on the job site. Erection and completion of installing the building on site performed by VFS specialized personnel. Site work and excavation is performed by local excavation contractors. Utility work such as fresh water, waste water, internet and electrical by others. Provide and install TPO Roof System per the design and specifications, including guters and downspouts. Berner Series #SHD07 High Performance provided over all entrance/exit doors to the building to provide for Chemical Free Insect Control. Meets all Title 24 Energy Code and all Health service codes. Interior finish includes Fiber Resin Panels (FRP) 1/8" thick solid fiber resin material per health code, and 1/4" deep epoxy flooring. Stainless steel of 12 gauge thickness wall panels behind cook lines. This meets or exceeds all Health Codes for food service. Interior ceilings to the kitchen grade drop ceiling with vinyl wrapped 2' x 2' tiles. The grid is 13/16" 2' x 2' panel layout to meet kitchen health codes. The actual panel is vinyl wrapped for easy cleaning and/or replacement. Lights are surface mounted 2' x 2' LED. 1" deep panels with 80 watt bright white to meet the Title 24 code. 8000 hours of warranty. Food service equipment furnished and installed by others. Walk-in cooler and freezer provided by factory. Both equipment operates on 240 volt single phase 60 hz power. Again, this complies to California Title 24 energy codes. Exterior paint of building using paint identified by owner. Factory uses automotive paint LIMCO Brand made by BASF industries. Automotive paint does not require maintenance and the life span is 50 years. On Site supervision by contractor and its sub-contractor. Temporary power, toilets, dumpsters by the factory (VFS).
