Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1. Provide storage for the County of San Diego-HHSA’s modular furniture products as needed. 3.2. Provide AutoCad and/or CET drawings for suggested configuration for each County project. The County shall retain ownership of AutoCad drawings. 3.3. Provide recommendations for reconfigurations of modular furniture as needed for space planning within (7) business days of County request and quote after (7) business days after approval of space plan. 3.4. Provide a timeframe for reconfiguration and installation, to be approved by the County prior to beginning any work. 3.5. Deliver and begin installation of modular furniture from Contractor’s facility to County specified locations, with in two (2) business days (excluding County holidays) from date of County’s request. 3.6. Deliver all moving supplies and materials necessary to protect product for storage and future installations. 3.7. Take precautions to ensure no damage to product, through moving, storage or installation. All modular furniture shall be cleaned and in working order upon installation. Contractor is responsible for the replacement of any damaged inventory at full replacement cost. 3.8. Make no deliveries on County Holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Cesar Chavez Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.) 3.9. Make deliveries to a secure facility as required. 3.10. Make all necessary arrangements to unload and complete the delivery. 3.11. Not request assistance from County employees in any transfer and/or installation of products. 3.12. Provide a monthly update to the On-line Inventory Report. Monthly inventory report shall include an accounting of all furniture used for reconfigurations and moves by tracking items received and taken for inventory.
