DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: The conversion of existing Barrington and pneumatic controls of existing HVAC systems to campus standard DDC and ALC controls from 3rd floor to the roof. The controls conversion work includes the following: • Provide additional control points for the existing air handling unit (already with ALC control system) with supply fan SF-1 (SF-38) and & EF-39 (RF-39) located in the penthouse mechanical room of the building are already on ALC system. • Building general exhaust fans EF-40 (EF M3-3), EF-41 (EF M3-5), EF-42 (EF M3-4) located in the penthouse mechanical room. • (22) AHU zone reheat controls located in the penthouse mechanical room and (5) zone reheat coils located in the 3rd floor, including control valve replacement.
