The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) requires Microplate Reader for Fish Physiology Assays with temperature control capability in Corvallis, OR in accordance with the attached technical specifications and requirements, provisions, and clauses.
Please submit a firm, fixed price quote and a technical description of the product(s)/service(s) being offered in sufficient detail, including product literature, references, and any other necessary documents. Along with your quote, please also provide the following:
1. Signed, standard form (SF) 18
2. SAM Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number
3. Place of manufacture
4. Estimated delivery date
Quotations shall only be accepted by email to jongjoco@usgs.gov no later than June 16, 2025 at 0900 hours Eastern. Hardcopy shall not be accepted nor considered. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to check back periodically for any amendments to the solicitation. All amendments must be signed and included when the quote is submitted.
