Specifications include, but are not limited to: Los Angeles Harbor Department is replacing its current email archival and filtering system. System quoted must conform to the following: 1. Software and hardware must work with Exchange 2010 2. There must be a separate hardware appliance from the same manufacturer on site to archive all email, both incoming and outgoing 3. The appliance must be able to import existing PST files from current archives 4. The archival system must also be able to support rolling the data over to a cloud based system, either concurrently or after a set period of time 5. The archive must be searchable for legal search and have an interface to support that search 6. The same provider of the archival system must also provide cloud based email filtering for all incoming and outgoing email 7. There must be a dashboard or interface to configure cloud based anti-spam email filtering 8. Systems must support 1,500 users
