Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Help families access mental health services. 2. Provide licensed social workers, psychologists, resource specialists and clinicians to support student mental health services. 3. Communicate with school teachers, administrators regarding student re-entry plans for students re-entering school after mental health emergencies. 4. Provide group based clinical interventions. 5. Provide collaboration for the creation of wellness spaces in schools. 6. Provide mental health promotional resources to schools. 7. Provide access to care management resources to assist in care coordination. 8. Provide brief therapy interventions 9. Identify outpatient resources and care plans for students, teachers and school administration. 10. Provide group based clinical intervention services. 11. Provide crisis stabilization. 12. Identify outpatient resources, care plans and messaging for schools teachers and administrators 13. Be available to provide services as needed beginning in January 1, 2023.
