Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project provides alteration to the approximately 2,200 square-foot existing Wellness Center building. The building was built in 2013 as a modular structure and provides the dental services building for the Wellness Center. The scope of work includes reconfiguration of existing four existing medical exam rooms into dental rooms, provide a new staff lounge, new hallway, expansion to the community waiting Area. The project also includes the installation of a new rooftop HVAC unit for the community waiting area, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades to the staff restroom, interior path of travel, accessible entry gate from the sidewalk, new fire alarm system, and access control for security access from school campus and pedestrian areas.
