The Selected Proposer will be responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of the Tennis Centers, including, providing all services and amenities related to a tennis, pickleball, and disc golf operations. Services and amenities for the Tennis Centers will include, but not limited to: • Managing, operating and maintaining a pro-shop, and tennis and pickleball courts. o For La Mirada Tennis and Disc Golf Center will also include the managing, operating and maintaining a Disc Golf Course; • Selling prepackaged food and beverages during the hours of operation; • Renting and/or repairing tennis, pickleball, and if applicable disc golf equipment; • Selling tennis, pickleball, and if applicable disc golf merchandise and equipment; • Collecting fees for the usage of the tennis, pickleball, and disc golf. • Providing top quality instruction at all levels including private and group lessons, junior programs, optimize visitor participation by providing pickleball, tennis, and if applicable, disc golf lessons for summer day camps and after school programs to youth groups under 18 years of age, adults, senior citizens, and physically challenged
