Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Stockton is soliciting proposals for management, operation and maintenance of the gymnasium/community use building. The facility, Merlo Gym is located at 2021 Anne Street. It is a City of Stockton-Stockton Unified School District joint use facility which provides the Merlo Institute with primary access and first right of refusal for use of the Gymnasium. Therefore, it is expected that the Operator will cooperatively support the school use as the primary use. When the gymnasium is not used by the school, the Operator shall maintain a clean and safe facility, schedule recreation programs, athletic activities, and community service activities to support the neighborhood.
