The Contractor will be responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of The Golf Courses, including, providing all services and amenities related to a golf course operation. Services and amenities for each facility will include, but are not limited to: • Managing, operating and maintaining a pro-shop, coffee shop, and driving range; • Selling food and beverages during the hours of operation; • Renting and/or repairing golf related equipment; • Selling golf related equipment and merchandise; • Providing golf instructional services; • Managing and collecting fees derived from the course’s operation; • Providing and operating a junior golf program; • Providing marshalling services; • Providing a plan to respond to emergencies; • Providing an identification system where employees are always clearly identifiable as employees; • Providing and maintain a fleet of golf carts; • Full compliance with maintaining and operating a banquet facility at Lakewood Country Club and Tennis Center. El Cariso Golf Course and Victoria Golf Course may operate banquet facilities as mutually agreed by the Director and Contractor; • Providing event planning; • Providing community and recreation services; and • Maintaining the Demised Premises as further described in Paragraph 5.2, Maintenance Responsibilities.
