The purpose of this RFP is to award a concession agreement (Agreement) to one (1) Selected Proposer who will be responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of the Tennis Centers including, providing all services and amenities related to tennis, pickleball, and disc golf operations. The Selected Proposer will be responsible for providing all services and submitting all required documents identified in Appendix A (Sample Agreement) and Appendix B (Required Forms) of this RFP. Proposers are responsible for making all necessary investigations and examinations of the RFP documents, operations, and the Tennis Centers, including their premises, affecting performance and the proposed agreement. Failure to do so will not act to relieve any conditions of the Sample Agreement or specifications that are required in this RFP. It is mutually agreed that the submission of a proposal will be considered conclusive evidence that the Proposer has made such investigations and examinations.
