Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), a proprietary department of the City of Los Angeles (City), seeks to continue the uninterrupted management and operation of the First Source Hiring Program as mandated by the Community Benefits Agreement. Proposers should offer the following functions: 1.) Register new and existing LAWA employers to the First Source Hiring Program (FSHP) 2.) Register new and Worksource Centers and community and faith-based organizations 3.) Post their open positions to the BJRC website 4.) Train LAWA employers, and Worksource/ Community organiztions personnel to use the technology to facilitate the hiring process 5.) Enable LAWAs employers to provide feedback on each of the candidates they interview 6.) Develop a pool of prescreened and qualified local applicants for employment consideration for positions at LAX 7.) Create an interactive tracking, record keeping and report-producing system designed to monitor each job seeker for at least one year and 8.) Provide periodic reporting to show the effectiveness of the FHSP
