Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking responses/proposals from qualified service providers to provide the City with an update to our existing Strategic Master Plan and to provide a five (5) year Strategic Plan to guide the City over the next five-year period in planning, procuring, implementing and managing current and future investments and resources. The objective of this project is to develop and articulate a vision and roadmap for the effective use of technology to support the work of the City. The City is focused on the proposed IT Strategic Plan as the cornerstone of our efforts to improve the balance between the increasing demand for technology, in both scope and scale, and the available IT resources (including staff and funds). The City is also interested in improving its public facing systems which includes broadband and economic development. IT initiatives should align with Mayoral priorities which can be found in SECTION V. The City seeks a qualified consultant to develop Information Technology (IT) Strategic Plan.
