Furthermore, the Naval Integration Team requires two ruggedized, robust, high-capacity admin laptop machines to interface with the functional equivalent shipboard C4 systems environment being built out in the lab. As outlined below, these machines need to be

Windows 11 compliant, and have sufficient compute power, memory, storage, and resources. The laptops will be used to support interoperability with numerous complex Navy and Marine Corps systems, host virtual machine (VM) servers, implement client VMs, support AI/Machine learning in potential future experimentation efforts, and support general programming during engineering and developmental testing of MAGTF tactical systems.
Additionally, the laptops may be required to support and provide advanced cybersecurity adversarial testing capability. Therefore, these are non-MCHS procurements due to MCHS options not meeting required speed, storage, cores, and GPU memory size requirements necessary to perform all planned functions.
Not having these ten pieces of certain communications equipment or similar equivalents will limit the capabilities of the MAIE and its usefulness to the Naval Integration Team.
The requested contract award date is 11 September 2025.
