DO NOT SUBMIT QUESTIONS ON BIDSYNC - Refer to the IFB ARB is seeking a research team with relevant expertise in energy market economics to interface with the LCFS expert workgroup on issues related to indirect effects of conventional fossil fuels. The contractors shall develop a research plan for identifying important indirect/market-mediated effects on greenhouse gas emissions associated with both using conventional fossil fuels for transportation needs and displacing conventional fossil fuels with alternative fuels. In addition, the contractors will develop a spreadsheet tool for calculating the carbon intensity of crude oil production. See the detailed Scope of Work in the Sample Standard Agreement beginning on Page 14. ARB has a budget allocation of $150,000 to complete this project. The contractor shall agree to provide the specified services within this allocated budget. Bids that are submitted exceeding this amount will be deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award.
