Specifications include, but are not limited to: Public Works is proposing to have a consultant, under the Department s formal direction, furnish planning, environmental, engineering, project management, public outreach, and technical assistance services for the CSE Revision Project. The purpose of this Scope of Services is to establish guidelines by which the Consultant shall follow in performing the contract. The contract will include, but not limited to, the following major components: 2.2.1 Component 1: CSE Document Graphic Design, Editing, and Publishing Provide editing, graphic design, and professional layouts for the revised CSE Document for printing and digital publishing. Publish Written Responses to Public, Stakeholder, and Agency Comments on the Preliminary Draft CSE and Environmental Documents 2.2.2 Component 2: Environmental Document Preparation Prepare the environmental document for the revised Countywide Siting Element (CSE). Attend and assist in public presentations, meetings, and hearings. Prepare written response to comments on the environmental documents
