Contractor shall provide the requested booth from Big Enterprises, INC. a. 5’8” x 10’ long with a 24” deep shelf in the front and rear and a 8’ ceiling height b. Unit to be designed for exterior use and constructed of minimum 2” x 2" x .083” structural steel tube frames with 16ga galvanized steel interior and exterior walls. Booth will have continuous exterior layer of R-10 insulation from floor height to soffit height encapsulated in the final exterior layer of 16ga. galvanized steel panels. c. Roof to be insulated to R-19 and constructed of internal steel framing with 16ga. galvanized steel decking welded to the framing and then coated with a three-part membrane with a solar reflective index of 95 or greater. Roof will have a 8” fascia and no overhang. d. Unit to a 12ga. Galvanized steel plate floor covered with black polyvinyl chloride commercial black resilient textured 20” x 20” interlocking tiles and 4" high black base cove, floor system is welded to a 2" galvanized steel tube frame and joists. e. Two commercial steel framed sliding doors top hung by a minimum of eight 2 1\4” rigid steel ball bearing rollers with a lower stainless steel guide, stainless steel handles welded to the frame and mortise lock. f. Fixed windows on all sides glazed with 1/4" 41% gray tinted tempered glass. g. Interior LED light recessed in a galvanized steel ceiling painted the match the booth and mounted at 8’ AFF. Light is controlled by a wall mounted switch. h. Prewired 120/240 volt 12 pole 125 amp rated single phase load center. i. Three duplex outlets mounted under a 24” deep full width type 304 stainless steel front shelf with # 4 finish, and two duplex outlets under a 24” deep rear stainless steel shelf. j. Two single gang J-Boxes mounted under the front shelf with 1\2” conduits and pull string to the stub area for data\com lines by others k. Commercial through the rear wall mounted HVAC with 12,000 BTU cooling and 10,600 BTU electric heating and a 230 volt dedicated outlet. l. Unit to be Primed with Heavy Duty Rust Inhibitive High Solid Primer Finished with a gloss Impact, Fade Resistant High Gloss Polyurethane 5 Mil Impact, Fade Graffiti and Chemical resistant top coat, that exceeds 3500 HR Salt Test. One Color to be selected. m. Glazing to 3\4” solar cool gray reflective tinted tempered dual pane insulating glass to one side of the booth to protect from the sun.
