The intent of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from highly qualified firms with expertise in providing Locksmith Repair and Replacement Services for public facilities. The City will award the contract to the most qualified proponent that will provide the best value to the City based upon the specifications included in this Request for Proposal. The work will include but not limited to furnish, install and service all manual and electronic locks. The Contractor will be required to perform services on City owned or leased buildings, vehicles, City parks and landscape areas or as directed by the City Representative. The Contractor may repair or replace digital, electronic programmable locking mechanisms.
