The City of Pasadena Human Services Recreation Department is soliciting bids for a live pony ride rental for children up to 12 years of age at our annual Fall Fest, taking place Saturday, October 26, 2019, from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Victory Park. Vendor must provide two (2) 5-pony sweeps and is responsible for providing enough staff to be self-sufficient and handle a crowd size of 3,000 over the course of four hours. Each pony must have a weight capacity of up to 65 pounds. Vendor must provide their own fencing large enough to enclose entire area being used for each or both pony carousel(s) and is responsible for clean up animal waste during and after the event. Winning bid will be awarded to lowest responsive bidder. Vendor will be required to complete an "Application for Registration: Display of Animals on City Property" at least 14 calendar days prior to event date and provide all additional documentation as required by the Pasadena Health Department and Pasadena Municipal Code 6.40.050 - Display of domestic animals. Application will be provided upon selection of winning bid. Vendor must be compliance with all USDA Federal requirements and standards for animal health and safety. Vendor must be available on Saturday, October 26, 2019, from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Vendor is required to be setup and ready before event start time of 2:00 pm. Event is located at Victory Park 2575 Paloma St Pasadena, CA 91107. Please include all applicable fees in bid. Vendor will be required to provide insurance.
