A. Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, required materials, tools, supplies, travel, and incidentals, including certificates, licenses, permits, and insurance necessary to provide litigation support services, which herein includes messenger, subpoena, and reprographic services. This Agreement is only for litigation associated with the California HighSpeed Rail Authority (CHSRA). B. Request for Services 1) The Requesting Party will issue a Service Request via email to Contractor for services. 2) The Service Request email shall include but not limited to, and in any order, the following: Case Name, Court Case Number, Billing Account Number, Caltrans Agreement Number, Matter ID/Reporting Code, Requesting Attorney information, Type of service, Location of the service, Time frame to complete service and necessary documentation attached. 3) Receipt of Service Requests must be verified by Contractor. Contractor shall send a confirming email to Caltrans Contract Manager within 24 hours of receipt of a Service Request.
