Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites submittals from potential partners interested in utilizing the Hunt Library building as a space to provide a public benefit within the areas of literacy, art, culture, technology and/or entrepreneurship. Hunt Library’s architecture, history and service to the City of Fullerton is intangible and marks it as a unique asset within the Fullerton community. As a unique asset, to realize its full potential, the City is seeking a partner(s) to help give the Hunt Library building a new and unique use. The City of Fullerton seeks parties capable of providing resources sufficient for year round operations, with access to specialized expertise necessary to provide unique programming within a preferred focus area to continue education and growth for Fullerton’s diverse communities.
