1. COMPUTER AIDED DISPATCH SERVICES: a. Provide the required services to support the Districtwide dispatching platform for the District’s Aquatic Operations. b. Provide the ability to use program on desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile phone in real time. c. Provide the ability to update and change rosters and Lifeguard towers. d. Provide the ability to dispatch users to specific incident locations. e. Provide real time updates of current incidents. 2. INCIDENT REPORTING SERVICES: a. Provide necessary mobile network and hardware required to capture and document incidents as well as Public Safety reporting and analytics. b. Provide automated reporting. c. Provide the ability to incorporate weather information on incidents. 3. COMMUNICATION SERVICES: a. Provide public information dashboard, inner agency communications, digital forms, staff status and compliance dashboard and public broadcasting capabilities. b. Provide internal messaging system between users. c. Provide Emergency SMS messaging system. d. Allow users to use discussion portal-style posting board where information can be shared and documentation can be posted.
