Specifications include, but are not limited to: DO NOT SUBMIT QUESTIONS VIA BIDSYNC. REFER TO THE RFP. This scope of work describes two (2) tasks, the performance of which will assist ARB staff in the completion of LCAs using the GREET and GTAP models. ARB has allocated a maximum of $200,000.00 to complete this project. The Contractor shall submit a detailed and concise proposal outlining how the goals and deliverables of this project will be met. The Contractor's proposal will be incorporated as part of this agreement. The Contractor shall serve as principal investigator and be responsible for overall project management and communication with ARB staff. See a detailed Scope of Work contained in the Draft Contract included as Attachment 10. The duration of this agreement is 18 months. The ARB has a maximum budget allocation of $200,000.00 to complete this project. Proposals that exceed $200,000.00 will not be considered and will be deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award.
