The City of Pasadena is requiring supplemental and emergency electrical assistance to perform service or repairs for electrical issues (ex. electrical panels, lighting, emergency services, power loss, improvement projects, etc.) for commercial and/or industrial electrical support to city electricians for emergency calls during normal business hours, after hours, weekends and holidays. 1. Hourly rate shall include all labor costs including supervision, trade tools and instruments (ex. testing equipment, insulated tools, pipe bender, tuggers, etc.), travel time, parts (e.g., breakers, transformers, timers, etc.), and other incidental costs necessary to accomplish task. 2. Vendor must be able to provide emergency 24/7 live contact person and must be able to respond within one (1) hour of initial call out. For emergency services, the vendor must be onsite to perform emergency services within four (4) hours of the initial call out. 3. Vendor must be able to provide invoicing within 7 days of service with detailed information of charges. 4. Vendor must provide electrical parts warranty. Warranty shall last at least one year from the date of installation.
