The CSU is building Resource Sharing partnerships with other library consortia, as well as individual institutions, who want to share library materials using the selected courier. The selected vendor for this RFP will have the opportunity to negotiate an agreement with these partner libraries and library consortia to be the selected vendor to provide services for the Resource Sharing partnerships between them. To be considered for an agreement with these partner libraries, the selected vendor must offer the same general terms and pricing to them as is agreed to between the vendor and the CSU or honor any existing contract the consortia may have with the vendor. However, if the partner libraries choose to award an agreement with the selected vendor, the CSU will not be financially responsible or legally liable for any contract or any agreement between the partner libraries and the vendor; it will strictly be an agreement between the partner libraries and the selected vendor.
