Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Pasadena (“City”) Public Library (Library) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to lease, furnish and install multifunction devices (M.F.D.'s) as well as provide managed print services (M.P.S.) and maintenance services for new devices for the Library . The scope of this project will be the development of a lease and maintenance agreement with departmentinvolvement, followed by coordination of the installation and implementation of new devices for The Library in conjunction with the Department of Information Technology (DoIT). If the department requires new multi-function devices, and deem older units not required, incoming contractor shall collect and remove older units. DoIT and contractor will work in tandem for meter reads (automated or manual), maintenance requests, warranty enforcement, network accessibility and issues, cybersecurity concerns, assigned budget tracking per user or unit, any automatic facets requested (automatic supply replenishment).
