1. Classified point clouds must follow ASPRS standards, including: a. Bare ground (Class 2) b. Low, medium, and high vegetation (Classes 3-5) c. Buildings (Class 6) d. Water (Class 9) e. Unclassified/Other (Class 1) 2. Data processing must support: a. Canopy height and base height modeling b. Ladder fuel and understory structure identification c. Fuel continuity assessment near infrastructure and WUI zones D. Required Deliverables 1. All products must be compatible with ESRI ArcGIS Pro Software. Deliverables include: a. Digital Elevation Model (DEM) – 1m resolution, bare earth b. Digital Surface Model (DSM) – Vegetation and structures c. Canopy Height Model (CHM) – Derived by subtracting DEM from DSM d. Vegetation Metrics: • Canopy cover (%) • Canopy height percentiles (e.g., P25, P50, P75) • Vertical vegetation structure profiles e. Contours: 2-foot intervals in shapefile or geodatabase format f. Classified LAS Files: LAS 1.4, spatially indexed and tiled g. Slope, Aspect, and Hillshade Rasters h. Defensible Space & Evacuation Buffers: GIS layers in shapefile or geodatabase format identifying key defensible zones and roadway access routes i. Metadata and Reporting: • QA/QC report including vertical and horizontal accuracy validation • FGDC-compliant metadata for each dataset • AOI map and data index grid
