Specifications include, but are not limited to: The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority ("Authority") seeks proposals from Respondents financial institutions, to provide: 1. An Irrevocable Direct Pay Letter of Credit to support the non-AMT/AMT/Taxable Subordinate Airport Revenue Commercial Paper Notes (“CP Notes”), and/or 2. A revolving direct funded loan/line of non-AMT/AMT/Taxable indexed notes with drawdown and prepayment flexibility similar to a traditional commercial paper program. Financial institutions may offer to provide one or more of these types of facilities (“Notes”). Based upon the proposals received, the Authority will evaluate the most attractive facility or mix of facilities to meet its funding requirements
