Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Lenel System is an access control application that provides access control services for several buildings on the DSH-Metropolitan campus. The application also provides alarm monitoring for other critical systems, such as fire alarms. Contractor shall provide the Department of State Hospitals telephone technical support and/or field support and SUSP renewal for the existing Lenel access control and alarm monitoring system at Metropolitan State Hospital. All telephone technical support will be provided by a Lenel certified technician Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The telephone support will be provided in the following manner: Priority 1: Provide telephone technical support within 4 hours for the receipt of the MSH request for Priority 1 support. Priority 2: Provide telephone technical support within 24 hours from the receipt of the MSH request for Priority 2 support.
