Request for Information (“RFI”) in search of information about the current market offerings for a legal case management system and to invite and seek input from all interested parties who may possess the capabilities and resources in providing the next generation case management system. The City Attorney’s Office operations are segregated into three distinct divisions: Criminal, Civil Litigation, and Civil Advisory. Each of these divisions has distinct needs and case uses for a legal document and case management system. Furthermore, the Criminal Division’s information and documents must be segregated from the rest of the office, with the exception of some management oversight. The City Attorney is interested in learning what products, options, variables, and build outs are available to meet the needs of the office.
