Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Demolition of (3) existing brick and steel buildings, (3) prefabricated buildings, parking lot, utilities, and clear site for earthwork and site preparation. 2. Construction of an 85,000sf 4-story steel-framed library with offices, classrooms, assembly and auxiliary spaces, and complete interior improvements as indicated on Contract Drawings. 3. Construction of a 1-story masonry wall enclosed central plant complete with chillers, boilers, pumps and generator. 4. Erosion control, clearing, grading, compacting, and trenching of site within limits of work. 5. Site improvements including paving, curbs, markings, landscaping and irrigation, drainage, utilities, as indicated on Contract Drawings. 6. 12KV Site electrical relocation.
