The Contractor shall include all costs associated with the requirements to successfully execute the scope of work; Including but not limited to: general condiƟons, temporary faciliƟes and uƟliƟes, permit/inspecƟon/tesƟng fees as applicable, materials, labor, equipment, delivery, tools, offloading, rentals, general cleaning, cleaning in preparaƟon for tesƟng, removal and disposal of hazardous and non‐ hazardous construcƟon waste off site, legally to eliminate all hazards by end of every workday. 1. All Lead Abatement work shall be performed in compliance with HUD 2012 ediƟon. This includes but is not limited to necessary worker protecƟon, cleaning faciliƟes, occupant and property protecƟon, etc. Bids shall include clearance tesƟng costs; any retesƟng resulƟng from a failed clearance shall be at the Contractor’s cost. 2. All workers shall comply with CALOSHA and CDPH safety standards for Lead abatement and ConstrucƟon. 3. The Contractor is responsible for field verifying exisƟng condiƟons before submission of bids. 4. The Contractor is responsible to submit RFI’s for any scope of work that requires clarificaƟon. LACDA shall review and provide a wriƩen response within three business days. 5. Any scope of work that requires replacement of the items shall conform with the technical specificaƟons provided. Items not included in the technical specificaƟons shall be submiƩed separately for LACDA Inspector review and approval. The LACDA inspector may requests addiƟonal cut sheets and submiƩals as required. The inspector shall provide a wriƩen review response within three business days. 6. All bids for newly provided items shall include ancillary material and labor costs necessary to ensure installaƟon is funcƟonal and comply with the inspecƟon of the Local Authority having JurisdicƟon (AHJ) if applicable. 7. Any work specific to modificaƟon of exisƟng mechanical, electrical, and plumbing shall be performed in compliance with the Local Authority having JurisdicƟon (AHJ).
