Specifications include, but are not limited to: The general scope of work includes but is not limited to demolish existing buildings, shade structures, walls, and paving and construct minor landscape grading, retaining walls, foundation walls, pathways, pavements, pedestrian safety, utility, shade structures, splash pad play area, fencing & gates, landscape drainage, park lighting, communications, security, irrigation, planting, and improvement maintenance. Specific improvements will include site demolition, construction of accessible parking, drop-off, and curb ramps, cast-in-place concrete and concrete modular unit structures, walls and footings, concrete paving, aggregate base, minor grading, drainage improvements, signage, pavement markings, splash pad play features and filtration system, metal fencing and gates, park lighting, security, landscaping, and irrigation systems. Ancillary work will include mobilization, traffic control during construction, utility coordination, water pollution control, and construction surveying. This is a general description of the work to be done by the Contractor and is not intended to be the official scope of work which is described in the Contract Documents. The City shall pay all permit fees to be paid to the utility companies as pass through fee. A separate line item will be priced by the Contractor for utility coordination efforts. All other fees shall be paid by the Contractor. The Contractor shall coordinate all aspects of the project and pull all permits required for the project.
