A. The Contractor shall provide software training services to ensure EDD employees who use assistive technology have proper training on software programs such as, or equal to, JAWS and Dragon Naturally Speaking used to perform their job duties. B. The services shall be provided Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding state holidays listed in the attached State of California Holiday Schedule. C. The EDD’s participants may enroll in any new training services (upon approval by the EDD Representative) offered by the Contractor without requiring an amendment to this Agreement. D. The Contractor shall provide confirmation of service to the EDD Representative each time a training request is made. The confirmation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, or earlier if possible.
