1. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Landscaping Services, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, fees, and disposal to accomplish the landscape services as described in the detailed scope of work in accordance with the drawing provided in Attachment 2 – Landscape Plan. 2. CAL FIRE has the right to extend this agreement for one (1) year by amendment at the same terms, conditions, and costs. 3. Subcontracting is not permitted under this Agreement.
