The City of Eastvale (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to provide landscape maintenance services for multiple locations throughout the City. Services will commence on a staggered schedule. The services are divided into two distinct parts with different start dates: 1) Part A: Hamner Place Maintenance Services o Service Commencement: December 1, 2025 o This includes landscape maintenance for the Hamner Place development at 12548 Schleisman Road, Eastvale CA, 92880. 2) Part B: Landscape Maintenance Services at Various Locations Citywide o Service Commencement: July 1, 2026 o This includes landscape maintenance for various parks, parkways, medians, and other City-owned properties.
