Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Landscape Maintenance Services for Landscape Assessment Districts, General Benefit Landscape Areas, and Fairway Business Park. • Turf mowing, edging, detailing, de-thatching, and aeration • Pruning and rejuvenation of shrubs and ground cover plants • Litter control, including disposal of trash and debris at City disposal sites • Repairing irrigation mainlines, valves, lateral lines and sprinklers • Broadleaf weed control in medians, planters, niches, and adjacent right of ways up to the edge of pavement • Fertilization of turf, shrubs, ground cover, and trees • Hardscape cleaning • Tree maintenance including pruning, staking, tying, guying of trees. • Clean flowlines and gutters, where applicable • Disaster/emergency response support
