Contractor agrees to supply labor, equipment and materials to provide landscape maintenance that will include: • Mow, edge and remove grass trimmings once every week • Trim low-hanging branches from the trees minimum 6’ • Trim shrubs as needed • Control weeds in lawns and flower beds • Apply fertilizer every sixty days • Blow off all hard surfaces • Plant winter rye for winter coverage • Contractor further agrees to advise the Housing Authority of any damage to lawn sprinkler system. If damage is caused by contractor, repair will be their responsibility. • For individual yards/units to be serviced by the contractor, contractor will make contact with the Housing Authority on the day prior to scheduled service. The agency will provide a list of the addresses for those yards needing service. This only applies to the Monte Vista, Haciendas del Sol & Greenfield properties.
