The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, necessary tools and machinery, supervision, and all utility and transportation services required to provide landscape maintenance services for City of Palm Desert Landscape and Lighting Districts in accordance with the Contract Documents at the following locations: 1.1 LOCATIONS 1. Waring Court – Parkways along the subdivision perimeter fronting Fred Waring Drive and Phyllis Jackson Lane (approximately 12,262 sq. ft.) 2. Vineyards (Portola Wall) – Raised planter area on the west side of Portola Avenue, north and south of Rutledge Way, as shown on the map (approximately 6,320 sq. ft.) 3.
