Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, certifications, permits, insurance, personnel, and any other items necessary to provide DSH with Laminar Flow/Air Balance Testing and Certification Services of the air filtration systems throughout the Central Medical Services (CMS) department, Housing Unit 1 Isolations Rooms, Urgent Care Room (UCR), Admission Suite Intake Room, and any other locations within DSH that are mutually agreed upon, on an as-needed basis. Services shall be provided to assist the Public Health Office of DSH in providing the highest quality of medical care reasonable and consistent with available resources and to assure that appropriate clinical evaluations and documentation meet the requirements and standards set forth by Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations regarding community care licensing, the Joint Commission, and the Department of Justice.
