Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to collect, haul and dispose ofrefuse from various locations within Lake Tahoe Sector/ North, as specified in Exhibit A, Attachment 2 - BinLocations/Schedule and Exhibit A, Attachment 3 - Site Maps, which are attached hereto and made part of thisagreement. All bins must be "Bear Resistant" with lockable steel lids. Work to be performed as specified in Exhibit A, Attachment 1 - Refuse Disposal Specifications and Exhibit A,Attachment 2 - Bin Locations and Exhibit B, Attachment 1 - Refuse Disposal Bid Form, which are attachedhereto and made part of this agreement. In the event that unforeseen circumstances require continued services, this agreement for refuse disposal may be amended to extend the term, at the same rates, with mutual consent of the parties hereto
