Task 1 Project Management and Coordination - This task includes the general project management and administration functions such as regular communication with City staff, coordination with project stakeholders and project meetings. Project Management: The consultant Project Manager (PM) will communicate directly with the City PM and manage the project team for project delivery. Project management includes but is not limited to maintenance and adherence to a project schedule, delivery of monthly invoices, and progress reports for use by the City for grant funding reporting and reimbursement. The project schedule will be reviewed regularly to ensure key milestones are met. Project Manager Meetings: Monthly PM status meetings via a videoconference link or City on-site meetings. The videoconference is recommended to allow for a screenshare opportunity where meeting notes are recorded in real-time to document discussion and establish clear action items.
