The WORK includes but is not limited to the demolition, removal, and recycling of the existing synthetic turf system. Demolition and removal of the existing subsurface drainage system and drain rock. Work includes the installation of a new subsurface drainage system consisting of a subdrain system, drain rock, and geotextile fabric, site grading and preparation of the new turf base layer. Insatllation of a new synthetic turf system, obtained by the City, including synthetic turf, a shock pad, and infill consisting of olive pits and sand. Accessibility and site improvements will also be completed, including parking lot pavement repair, new striping and signage, fencing improvements, removal and replacement of sidewalks, installation of a new drinking fountain with water bottle fill station, new quick coupler valves and vegetation swale.
