Local Meats and Produce: Orders shall be delivered to designated sites Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM at the following locations. Special deliveries to other sites may be arranged if necessary. On a case-by-case basis, access may be granted to delivery drivers for dark drops. a) Deliveries shall be made in clean, safe, and approved refrigerated/freezer food service vehicles that meet all applicable health and safety regulations. b) Prior to the first day of service, the vendor shall provide the District with a detailed delivery schedule, including delivery days and estimated times for each site. c) Delivery drivers shall be responsible for unloading all items to their respective storage areas and rotating stock in a FIFO (First In, First Out) format, ensuring product freshness.
