Specifications include, but are not limited to: The MCWDB seeks responses from qualified Contractors (or “Bidders” or “agencies”) to assist the RPU to create a Regional Contractor List of WIOA services contractors with which the RPU and/or Local Areas within the North Central Coast Region may contract to provide the following services: (Part 1) client job readiness training, (Part 2) workforce staff professional development and training, economic and workforce research to include labor market analysis, WIOA Local and Regional Plan development and related strategic planning; WIOA policy development and implementation-related technical assistance; WIOA compliance monitoring; workforce board support and development; program evaluation; solicitation development; outreach and communications collateral development; WIOA administrative hearing officer; WIOA Regional Organizer; and/or translation services;
