The Contractor shall provide fingerprinting services, but not be limited to, the following duties: 3.1.1 Online Management Coordination • Provide electronic submission of applicants livescan/fingerprints directly to DOJ and FBI. • Ability to upload and submit fingerprinting through an electronic application communication network to the CALDOJ and FBI database. • Ability to provide fingerprinting on an ink fingerprint card, if needed. • Re-scan and submit fingerprints if the images are unacceptable at no additional cost. • Provide monthly corporate billing invoice and a transaction report that will include the name of each applicant and date fingerprinting services provided. • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all applicable security standards including but not limited to the Criminal Offender Record Information(CORI) laws and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). • Supply and maintain all necessary equipment and software for Live Scan processing. • Notify LACDA Immediately of any issues or delays in transmission or CALDOJ/FBI rejection.
