Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Superintendent is participating in the Federal Universal Service Discount program for schools and libraries (E-Rate), offered by the Federal Communications Commissions (FCC), via the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD). The Superintendent is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide “Lit Fiber” connectivity of either or a combination of 100 MBPS, 1 GBPS, or 10 GBPS circuits from Superintendent’s remote site identified in this RFP Document to connect Sunburst Academy to OCDE Bldg. C Data Center, 4022 Saratoga Avenue, Bldg., 25, Los Alamitos, California 90720, following E-rate guidelines. Connectivity is only needed to Main Point of Entry (MPOE) to the site located at 4411 Yorktown Ave, Building J6, Los Alamitos, CA to OCDE Building C Data Center. MPOE is located on a Government Military Base. The service provider is responsible for obtaining all permits, permissions and access required for installation and construction for the circuit.
