Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Flyer/Promotional Materials for Participant Recruitment 1. The Facilitator must develop a flyer and/or other promotional materials to recruit 16 participants to participate in the Lab. 2. Any flyers and/or other promotional materials must include a copy of the LACDMH logo, the LGBTQIA2-S UsCC logo, and the MHSA logo. 3. The flyers and/or other promotional materials, including those utilizing social media platforms, must be submitted to LACDMH for approval prior to implementation. i. All social media posts must include information on where and how to access mental health services. ii. The LACDMH 24/7 Help Line must be included in every social media post (LACDMH 24/7 Help Line 800-854-7771) and the 988 Lifeline. iii. The Facilitator shall be solely liable and responsible for any and all social media posts. The Facilitator shall indemnify and hold harmless the County from and against any liabilities and costs arising from, connected with, or related to social media posts as part of this project. 4. The flyers and/or other promotional materials are the property of LACDMH. B. Pre and Post-Test 1. The Facilitator must develop a pre and post-test to be administered to participants to gather feedback on their experiences in the Lab and mental health outcomes. 2. The pre and post-test must utilize a Likert Scale. 3. The pre and post-test must be submitted to LACDMH for pre-approval. 4. The Facilitator must submit copies of all completed pre and post-tests to LACDMH. 5. The pre and post-test must include a copy of the LACDMH logo, the LGBTQIA2-S UsCC logo, and the MHSA logo. 6. To ensure the participants’ privacy, the pre and post-tests must be anonymous and free of identifiable information. C. Community Survey 1. The Facilitator will develop a community survey to be administered to attendees of the final event to gather feedback on their experience at the final event, potential mental health outcomes, and personal testimonials. 2. The community survey must utilize a Likert Scale. 3. The community survey must be submitted to LACDMH for pre-approval. 4. The Facilitator must submit copies of all completed community surveys to LACDMH. 5. The community survey must include a copy of the LACDMH logo, the LGBTQIA2-S UsCC logo, and the MHSA logo. 6. To ensure the participants’ privacy, the surveys must be anonymous and free of identifiable information. D. Development of Curriculum for Lab 1. The Facilitator to create a curriculum for all sessions of the Lab and provide to LACDMH in advance. 2. The Lab will take place for a minimum of 24 hours to allow time for the Lab participants to develop their Innovative Strategies. 3. The curriculum must include information related to the LGBTQIA2-S population, particularly the targeted communities (consumers of mental health services, API, Two-Spirit, Neurodivergent, Latine, Bisexual, and Lesbian communities).
