The Riverside County Purchasing Department on behalf of Riverside County Information Technology (RCIT) is seeking proposals from parties qualified to provide a Legislative Meeting Management Solution for the County of Riverside’s Clerk of the Board. Objective: The Clerk of the Board in Riverside County has been utilizing IQM2 (MinuteTraq) software to streamline the management of legislative files, agendas, and meetings. IQM2 currently meets the Clerk’s requirements by offering relevant functionalities, including creating, editing, approving, and disseminating legislative files, agendas, and meeting minutes. However, IQM2 is no longer being updated, and because this software functionality is critical to the Clerk and to the County’s legislative process, the County is now actively seeking proposals for a new software solution that can provide the required toolset to replace IQM2.
