Western Municipal Water District (Western Water) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Landscaping Services in the cities of Riverside, Corona, Norco, Menifee, Perris, Murrieta and March Air Reserve Base (MARB). The hours of maintenance shall be between 6:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. All sites shall include landscaping and weed abatement (except for quarterly sites). Western Water may, from time-to-time, request that the Contractor install new plant materials, transplant or remove existing plant materials. Western Water will provide advance notice to the successful Contractor of new material to be installed. The quantity of new material to plant without additional compensation will not exceed the equivalent of 30 one-gallon or ten (10) five-gallon plants per month.
